Below is our detailed shipping policy, outlining our processes and guidelines for the shipment of orders both within Australia and internationally.

Shipping Destinations

Currently, we offer shipping to:

  • Australia
  • International Shipping – Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

We are working to expand our shipping destinations and will continue to offer more options in the future.

Shipping Rates

Australia:

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $140.
  • Free express shipping on orders over $250.
  • Standard shipping for orders under $140 is available at a flat rate of $10.
  • Express shipping for orders under $250 is available at a flat rate of $20.

International:

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • All in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed before 12 PM AEST will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM AEST will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International:

  • Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout, and we will provide an estimated delivery time for your location.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, and remote delivery locations.

Preorder Items

For items marked as "preorder," production will begin after preorders have closed. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase, with production, shipping, and handling generally taking 2 to 3.5 weeks before your order is shipped out to you. We will keep you updated on the status of your preorder and notify you once your item has been shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. If your tracking number has not been updated after three business days, please contact us at support@xyrisclothing.com for assistance.

Address Changes

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct before finalizing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@xyrisclothing.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Xyris Clothing is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. However, if your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at support@xyrisclothing.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
