A: A preorder is an order placed for an item that is not yet available for immediate delivery. By placing a preorder, you reserve the item in advance and will receive it once it is officially released and in stock.

Production will begin shortly after preorders close, and the entire process, including production, shipping, and handling, typically takes between 2 to 3.5 weeks before it reaches us. Once we receive the items, we will ship them to you promptly. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process and notify you as soon as your item is on its way.

Q: Will I be charged immediately for a preorder?

A: Yes, your payment will be processed at the time of placing the preorder. This secures your item and ensures it will be reserved for you upon release.

Q: Can I combine a preorder with other items in my cart?

A: Yes, you can combine preordered items with other in-stock items in your cart. However, please note that the in-stock items will be shipped immediately, while the preorder items will be shipped once they become available.

A: GSM is a key indicator of fabric quality. Higher GSM fabrics are more durable, provide better insulation, and feel more luxurious. For streetwear, it ensures garments are stylish and long-lasting.

A: Our luxury streetwear items feature fabrics with GSMs starting at over 300GSM, ensuring superior quality, comfort, and durability. The standard heavyweight T-shirt across the industry is 300GSM. For those seeking the pinnacle of quality, we offer ultra-luxury Oversized T Shirts at 385GSM. Our hoodies and crewnecks are crafted with fabrics exceeding 400 GSM, and our crewnecks boast an exclusive velvet-type liner material on the inside. This high GSM ensures our clothes not only look great but also withstand everyday wear and tear.

Ordering & Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently offer shipping to only in Australia. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries, but we plan to expand our shipping options in the future. For any additional information, please email us at support@xyrisclothing.com.

A: We offer free shipping throughout Australia. Express shipping options also available.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: For items in stock, please allow 2-5 business days for delivery within Australia. We aim to have all orders shipped out within 24 hours. For preorder items, please refer to our Preorder FAQ.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your parcel via the link provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for updates. If your tracking hasn't been updated after three business days, please contact us.
