General Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with tags attached. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@xyrisclothing.com.

Change of Mind

  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund for change-of-mind returns, provided the item meets our return criteria.
  • 14-Day Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Final Sale Items: Items discounted by 40% or more from their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Responsibility: Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.

Returns

  • Full Refund: We provide a full refund for change-of-mind returns.
  • No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

  • If the item is not the right size or does not suit you, you can exchange it for a different size or item.
  • We will dispatch the exchange items once your return is processed. If the exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

Store Credit

  • Issuance: Store credit is issued as a gift card and sent electronically to the original email address from the order. Check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received it.
  • Validity: Gift cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@xyrisclothing.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
